I warmly welcome you to this space for all those who are inquisitive about the energy work and self healing practices. I am based in London and provide 1-2-1 or Zoom sessions from my spiritual studio.

I specialise in energy and reiki healing, Pranayama breathing techniques and many others enhancing the overall emotional, mental and physical health.

My background in energy healing and profound experience aids me to work intuitively in a very subtle, non intrusive way. tuning into the energy field of the client, highlighting the areas which need the most care and attention at the time, whether physical, emotional or spiritual.

I offer 1-2-1 sessions on Zoom and as well as in person sessions at my home-based studio in East London. I also like to share with my clients an access to an online library with complimentary tools and resources to initiate the process of self-enquiry.
